Your data is fully encrypted and completely protected at all times. The software generates a session password that changes with every software start to provide additional security against unauthorized access to a remote system. We can access your computer only when you give us the password and only for as long as you keep the software open. You will see on your computer screen exactly what we are doing, and anytime you want to end the connection, simply quit the support software. We will be able to to communicate through the software via written text, or we can be on the phone at the same time if need be.
